MoneyBoss 360 (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the MoneyBoss 360 web and mobile applications (the “Service”). This page explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
1. Information we collect
- Account info: email, display name, optional avatar URL.
- Authentication data: sign-in tokens via email/password or Google OAuth.
- Uploaded documents: tax, credit, business, and homebuyer files you choose to store in the encrypted vault.
- Appointments & notes: sessions you book inside the app.
- Billing data: processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.
- Usage data: standard logs (IP, device, timestamps) for security and reliability.
2. How we use it
- Provide and operate the Service.
- Send transactional notifications (appointment confirmations, uploads).
- Process subscriptions and accept payments via Stripe.
- Detect abuse and secure your account.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share only with processors required to run the Service:
- Supabase — hosted database, authentication, storage.
- Stripe — subscription billing.
- Google — OAuth sign-in (optional).
- Cloudflare — hosting / CDN.
4. Storage & security
Files are stored in private, per-user buckets enforced by row-level security. Only you (and an authorized admin acting on your behalf) can access them.
5. Your rights
- Access & export: request a copy of your data.
- Correction: edit your profile inside the app.
- Deletion: tap Delete account on the Profile screen. This permanently removes your documents, appointments, subscription record, and account.
6. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Changes
We will post any update to this policy here and notify you in-app for material changes.
