By creating an account or using MoneyBoss 360 (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & payments

• Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.

4. Financial information disclaimer

MoneyBoss 360 provides tools and educational content. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, tax preparer, attorney, or lender. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

5. Acceptable use

No fraud, scraping, malicious files, or unlawful content.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
